We are Marine and Pauline, two digital communication experts, based in Lausanne and Lucerne respectively.
Being a French-speaking and German-speaking duo is our strength. It lets us cross the famous Röstigraben, the cultural divide between French- and German-speaking Switzerland, with two multicultural perspectives on the country. We adapt your communication to each audience. We translate your strategy, not just your words.

How does your duo work?
We are Pauline and Marine, two digital marketing experts who teamed up to offer you professional, tailor-made services. You get both our areas of expertise in a single service! That is one of the strengths of our partnership, and what makes our services unique.
Why Kommunique?
We didn't pick this name at random! The word Kommunique has two roots: "Komm" from the German word Kommunikation, and "unique", a nod to French-speaking Switzerland and our French roots, but also to the unique perspectives on digital marketing we bring to your communication strategy.
So Kommunique has multicultural roots, which make perfect sense given where we come from and how the project was born!
Which area do you cover?
Pauline lives in German-speaking Switzerland near Lucerne, and Marine is based in French-speaking Switzerland in Lausanne. Our aim is to break down the deeply rooted Röstigraben divide and offer original communication strategies that cross borders while adapting to the specifics of each market.
Can I work with just Pauline or just Marine?
No, we work together most of the time, because our strength lies in combining our two areas of expertise. However, you can book a Permanence Komm. session one-to-one with Pauline or Marine, depending on the slot you choose.
Will remote working affect our collaboration?
No. We will always be transparent with you about how we work. We don't live in the same place, but we are in constant contact and meet up regularly in person to stay connected. Our way of working is built around this setup and will not affect our collaboration in any way!
How are you different from a traditional agency?
We work differently. We are a small duo with the closeness of a freelancer and the structure of an agency. You always talk to the same two people, who know your account.
Above all, we are designed to be a partner who grows with you. You can start with a one-off advice session, move on to an 8-week strategy programme, continue with ongoing management of your social media, then train your teams to become independent, without ever changing provider or starting from scratch.
Can you help us with other aspects of our communication, such as branding, website development or video shoots?
Yes, through a network of hand-picked partners. Our core business is digital marketing strategy and its execution, but a project rarely stops there: it often needs a visual identity, a website that does the job, sometimes a video or professional visuals.
Rather than improvising skills we don't have, we work with professionals we have chosen and know well: graphic designers for visual identity, web developers for building or redesigning websites, a videographer and a photographer for content production. We coordinate everything so it all stays consistent with the strategy we defined together. You have a single point of contact, even when the project calls on several areas of expertise.
