Do you do the hands-on work?
We design the strategy, structure it and launch the first actions with you. The goal is for you and your team to steer things on your own afterwards, without needing us. We make you independent.
How much time should we set aside on our side?
Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats, comptez environ 1h par semaine, visios et modules compris. On adapte bien sûr le rythme de l’accompagnement à votre disponibilité et à vos contraintes.
What if everything isn't finished after 8 weeks?
If the work isn't finished and needs follow-up, we offer an extension at 1'000.- per month, but only if it makes sense. We never extend without your agreement.
Do you also work in German-speaking Switzerland?
Yes. Pauline is based near Lucerne and Marine in Lausanne. We can work with you in French and English, with translation support for German.
