We look at what already works, what's holding you back and what needs to change or improve.
A written summary so nothing gets forgotten
Two weeks after a meeting, often all that's left is a vague impression. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a summary document with our recommendations and the priority action to complete over the following month.
A follow-up check-in one month later
This is where it all comes together. We review things together to see whether the action got done or whether another urgent matter jumped the queue.
Why a one-off format with a one-month follow-up?
We'd rather help you make decisions and then let you move forward than tie you into a restrictive monthly retainer.
Let's be honest: the risk with a short format is leaving with good priorities that get overtaken by the first everyday emergency that comes along, like a client calling or a trade fair to prepare.

That's exactly why we make a point of checking in one month after your Permanence Komm. session.
You commit to choosing, by the end of the session, a realistic action that can genuinely be done within a month. And if something urgent has jumped the queue, we put it right straight away instead of letting the topic quietly die.
How does booking work?
It's very simple, just follow these steps:
Book your slot and pay
Choose the slot you want in our calendar, then pay online straight away to confirm your place* (by card). You'll receive a booking confirmation by email.
Prepare for your session
We send you a short questionnaire so we can focus on what you need and support you better.
Permanence Komm.
Your 90-minute video session with Pauline or Marine. This is the time to ask your questions and answer them together. You leave with one priority action that's realistic and achievable within a month.
Receive your summary document
48 hours after the session, you receive your personal document. It covers the key points of our conversation, our recommendations and your priority action, so the conversation doesn't fade away after two weeks.
A follow-up check-in one month later
We won't leave you on your own. A month later, we review things together: is the action done? Then we look at what's next. Did something urgent overtake it? No problem, we talk it through and adjust.
*You can cancel your session for a full refund up to 3 days before the appointment. If something comes up, you can also move it to another date.

What topics can we cover?
Any topic related to your digital communication: social media, content creation, website, SEO… The most effective approach is to come with a specific question. The preparatory questionnaire is there to help you put it into words.
Which video tool do you use?
We use Google Meet. You'll receive the link in your booking email.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel up to 3 days before the session for a full refund. You can also move your session to another date. Between 3 days and 24 hours before the session, you can still cancel, but without a refund. Less than 24 hours before, cancellation is no longer possible. In exceptional circumstances, email us at contact@kommunique.ch and we'll find a solution together.
Why not a monthly retainer?
Because not every business needs one. Often, settling one question is enough to get going again. We'd rather you come back because it was useful and you want to keep the thinking going, not because you're tied into a 12-month contract.
What if I haven't completed my action after a month?
That's exactly why we check in. We look together at what got in the way and suggest the most useful next step: adjusting the action, booking another session, or moving to a support programme if the need runs deeper.
What if I need more than one session?
No problem! You can book another session at the loyalty rate of 200.-. And if we sense during the session that the topic is bigger, we can suggest more suitable support.
